EXCHANGE POLICY – ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Plus Size Pretty LLC’s exchange policy only applies to purchases made online. Plus Size Pretty LLC does not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased inside the boutique.

Plus Size Pretty LLC understands the frustration of inconsistent clothing sizes and allows purchases made online to be exchanged only for store credit under the following conditions:

• The item(s) must be unworn, free of smells, dirt, or pet hair.

• Tags must still be attached to the item.

• The item(s) must be in good quality.

• The purchaser must request an exchange authorization number from info@plussizepretty.com prior to sending the item(s) back to the boutique for exchange.

• The purchaser must return the items(s) to the boutique at the purchaser’s expense within three (3) days of receipt of the item(s). If mailed, the item(s) must be postmarked within three (3) days of receipt of the item from Plus Size Pretty LLC. (See below for the mailing address.)

• The purchaser will receive store credit for the item(s) within fourteen (14) days. The purchaser will not receive store credit for tax or shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Because Plus Size Pretty LLC is a consignment boutique, you are buying from another party. As such, we do not accept returns, unless you receive an incorrect item in error. Should you want to return something because you don’t like it, you can re-consign it anytime at your convenience in accordance with our consignment policies.

Plus Size Pretty LLC issues refunds only if you receive the incorrect item due to Plus Size Pretty LLC's error and Plus Size Pretty LLC has received your return.

Should you receive an incorrect item, you should request a return authorization by Plus Size Pretty LLC within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Any return
requests made after 3 days will be accepted for reconsignment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the Plus Size Pretty tags in place as originally attached. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, your consignor account, or original method of payment, within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.

Re-consigned items are reposted at the price you paid as the starting price.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.

ITEM ACCEPTANCE POLICY

We only accept cleaned and/or new with tags items.

For the protection of the entire community, we request that you do not send in your items if you believe you have flu-like symptoms or have come into contact with anyone infected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) and/or have visited the following category 1 countries or areas 17 days or less prior to shipping:
• China
• Iran
• South Korea
• Italy
Send us your new, unused, and CLEAN gently used plus sized (sizes XL+, 14+,
and/or 44” waistband+) clothing items including designer diffusion lines, casual/contemporary apparel, coats, jewelry, accessories, special occasion, formal wear, and couture custom gowns. All submissions should be in excellent condition, current, laundered, odor free, pet hair free, and immediately ready to resell and wear.

We accept women's shoes, boots, and handbags as long as they are GENTLY used, unworn, or new in box.

Luxury items are authenticated if appropriate documents are not included in your submission and may take longer to be placed for sale in store or online.

5 OR MORE ITEMS ARE REQUIRED TO BEGIN CONSIGNING WITH US.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT

We do not accept any items that are not appropriately laundered, smell bad, have holes, and/or stains, missing buttons, missing tags, and/or is damaged.

All items not accepted for any reason will be donated immediately unless accompanied by a RETURN MY ITEMS form.

A $30 charge will be deducted from your payouts if your item drop-offs contain more than 10% (1 in 10) of items we cannot immediately list for sale due to condition, stains, missing label or size tags, and/or counterfeit accessories.
